Rooms and prices

The prices are per person & night - get on with a fewest stay of 3 nights.

Plus tourist tax of 1,90 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.

*Family-Suite: in case of bookings of only 2 persons it will be charged a supplement of € 20,00.- per person per night.

With premature departure the full room price is charged.

Animals on request (only in the standard rooms): Euro 10,00 at night

We accept credit cards (Visa-Master-Eurocard) and Bancomat.

Cancellation policy and cancellation charges

A cancellation can be unpleasant for you and also for us. Please contact us with a written notice in case of cancellation.
We ask you for your understanding for the following cancellation conditions:
 

For reservations in July & August - Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival:

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: we refund the deposit by retaining  Euro 5.00 bank charges
• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: we apply a cancellation fee of Euro 200.00 for each room booked
• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 30 per cent of the agreed price
• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 80 per cent of the agreed price
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100 per cent of the agreed price
• For delayed arrival or premature departure: we will charge you 100 per cent of the agreed price
• No Show: 100 per cent of the agreed price

For reservations at any other time of the year:

• Cancellation till 30 days before arrival: we refund the deposit by retaining Euro 5.00 bank charges
• Cancellation till 15 days before arrival: we apply a cancellation fee of 100,00 Euro for each room booked
• Cancellation till 7 days before arrival: 30 per cent of the booked arrangement
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 80 per cent of the booked arrangement
• For delayed arrival or premature departure: we will charge you 100 per cent of the booked arrangement
• No Show: we will charge you 100 per cent of the booked arrangement

Cancellations caused by "COVID-19": Please contact us directly and we will try to find a solution together.

Important:
These cancellation conditions aren't dependent of whether the cancelled rooms get again reserved in whole or be rented only in part.
