Below is a short explanation of the water therapy according to the method of Sebastian Kneipp at the Kneipp facility in Niederdorf/Villabassa.
Water therapy according to the methods of Sebastian Kneipp. The strengths of a method lie in its simplicity.

Water from the source of the lake or “Kohlerbad” pool, i.e. fresh water with no added chlorine, is used. The facility consists of several pools for pouring water onto your arms, knees and face, and for water treading, as well as a barefoot trail and the mud pool.
